They came to destroy us,
and after that, they repented.
Taking our hands, they climbed up the mountain with us
and made unquestionable promises to us on our way there,
just to bid time- more time to fulfil their promises
Or perhaps more time to execute their mission:
the mission which was unknown to us at the time.
Now we know they came to destroy us,
But unfortunately for us, they repented.
We came back not with tears in our eyes nor theirs,
but we came back with their weapons in our hands.
We went up together with smiles,
We came down apart in tears and shambles.
We came down and turned into the same people we hated.
