We watched her play a part that was not hers to play
A part of agony, that put her at the mercy of another earthly being
Gripping firmly to the hands of time, we allowed fate to take its course
Letting go of the ribbons of anger,
we allowed nature to take a seat in the corner of her room
Nature sat, staring with impunity like she didn’t know what was happening.

She besought the winds to carry her pain to the East, away from her
But the cruelty of life brought it back
to the West, where it found her
To her, playing the part
And to nature who is staring
It’s time to say adios and never look back
It’s time we save this actress from herself.
