A Tale from Room 6

Our paths crossed in different tangents

In two trains we travel in opposite lanes

Opposites in sync, I spiral out of control

when I encounter your energy

Though beautiful, it leaves me in fear

For you are a god and I am a man

Waking up to watch you walk away and knowing

I may never have you,

My happiness is short-lived by the fear of your absence

Maybe I should jump off this when I can but I cannot

The earlier I do, the better for myself because

I will spend tomorrow without you,

Hiding my tears behind the mask while I shout;

"ebi di dɔ, ebi nso di dɔkono"

(some are chopping love, some are also chopping kenkey)

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!!
